Indpact was born out of a shared frustration with yet another stalled, over-budget Indigenous housing project. With Vensuris Design Build’s proven track record delivering multi-residential density at scale, two longtime family friends and entrepreneurs saw a clear opportunity: bring our complementary strengths together to deliver the housing outcomes Indigenous communities deserve.

As an Indigenous majority-owned development firm, we bring both professional expertise and cultural perspective to the table. Our roots run deep in the design-build and general contracting industry, and we are committed to extending that knowledge to create projects that respond directly to local needs, ensuring housing solutions are safe, modern, and meaningful for the long term.
